Our secret lies in traditional lamination. Our chefs hand-roll and fold the whole-wheat dough multiple times with pure butter or premium asli ghee. This layering process creates dozens of paper-thin pockets that puff up and crisp perfectly on our hot iron tawa.
Why does Prontha.pk choose pure butter and asli ghee over vegetable oil?
Traditional desi breakfast is celebrated for its rich aroma and wholesomeness. Commercial vegetable oils contain trans fats and lack flavor. Pure butter and asli ghee contain healthy short-chain fatty acids that are lighter on the stomach, smell incredible, and give our parathas their signature meltingly soft interior.
How do you ensure that parathas do not become soggy during delivery?
Parathas release steam when pulled off the tawa, which traps moisture in standard plastic bags. We package every order in custom-engineered, cardboard boxes with ventilated steam vents. This releases the moisture while keeping the heat trapped, keeping your paratha hot and crispy.
